🌐 Outline Keys

You can get an Outline access key from the service administrator in your personal account on the website:

0. Go to 👉 Personal Account 👈
1. Log in using your email.
2. Select "Trial Key".
3. Choose a suitable location (Netherlands, USA, Germany, France, Austria, Kazakhstan, Russia, United Kingdom, etc.).
4. You will receive a trial key (by email and in your personal account).
5. Download the Outline app on your device (iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Huawei). Download links for the app are in the Personal Account, under the "Instructions" tab.
6. Copy the received key and add it to the Outline app.
7. Click the "Connect" button in the Outline app. The VPN will start working!

Instructions for Windows

⚠️ Always run the Outline application by right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator".

⚠️ Important ‼️ Disable the firewall via Windows Control Panel:
1. Open "Control Panel"
2. Go to "System and Security" → "Windows Defender Firewall"
3. Select "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off"
4. Select "Turn off" for domain, private, and public network settings
5. Confirm the disabling

Instructions for Huawei

⚠️ Important! Before installing the application (APK file), change the settings on your phone: 👇
Go on your phone to → Settings → Security → Additional settings and TURN OFF the option → Check apps from external sources. (Allow installation from unknown sources)

Outline keys are generated automatically and stored on the administrator's server. Keys are issued individually to each user; no one besides you can use your key or has access to it.

You can use your key on any device, for example, if you have a phone, computer, and tablet. However, other people cannot use your key. Do not share your keys with others, as this can lead to server overload.

You need to contact the server administrator who gave you access and update your key. You can always get a new key in our Personal Account. Read more in the section: "Where to get an Outline VPN key?".

Most likely, this is because incoming connections are blocked by firewall rules. Change the rules according to the following instructions:

Disabling the firewall via Windows 10 Control Panel:
1. Open "Control Panel"
2. Go to "System and Security" → "Windows Defender Firewall"
3. Select "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off"
4. Select "Turn off" for domain, private, and public network settings
5. Confirm the disabling

Outline protects the confidentiality of your data by encrypting internet traffic as it passes through the network in your country. The data remains encrypted until it reaches the Outline server. If traffic is encrypted by Outline, third parties cannot find out which sites you visited or what information you transmitted.
